Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases of Active English — 21-Day Speaking Challenge, a digital PDF product sold by Aayushi Shukla through Learn with Aayushi and its English-learning brand English with Aayushi.
1. Digital Product
Active English is a digital product. No physical book or physical item is shipped.
2. Refunds After Successful Delivery
Because the product is delivered digitally, purchases are generally non-refundable once the PDF has been successfully delivered or made available to the customer.
3. Payment Completed but Product Not Received
If your payment was successful but you did not receive the PDF or cannot access it, please contact us at contact@learnwithaayushi.com. We will verify the transaction and make reasonable efforts to provide access or resolve the delivery problem.
4. Duplicate Payments
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us with the relevant transaction information. We will review the payment records and address a confirmed duplicate charge appropriately.
5. Incorrect Email or Delivery Information
If a customer provides an incorrect email address or other information that prevents delivery, contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to help after verifying the purchase.
6. Cancellation
Because Active English is a digital product, an order generally cannot be cancelled after successful delivery. If you experience a payment or delivery problem, contact us promptly so we can review the situation.
